The purpose of this corporation was to provide personalized quality outpatient rehabilitative care to the Southern New Jersey market. AOSPT, thru its affiliation with William B. Kessler Memorial Hospital and Chief Operating Officer Louis J. Moffa secured outpatient therapy service contracts with all the major insurance providers in the market. These included, Horizon Blue Cross, AETNA, Amerihealth, and AtlantiCare to name a few. As the demand for service grew, AOSPT expanded into the long term care market contracting with Linwood Convalescent Center and Greenbrier Nursing Homes. In 2006, with six (6) offices providing outpatient services and the demand for additional contract business, Mark and Russell teamed with Lou Moffa, now formerly of William B. Kessler Memorial Hospital, to purchase an existing contract rehabilitation company, Rehab Professional Services, Inc. (RPS, Inc.) With the acquisition of RPS, Inc., the group expanded to provide therapy services to acute, sub-acute, and long term care organizations as well as schools, and home health agencies. In an effort to provide the full array of rehabilitation services, Eastern Rehabilitation Associates, a speech therapy company was purchased in July, 2008.
